Generated apps own their `apps/` and `packages/{shell,server,shared}` code. These **published** packages stay on npm.

After generate, workspace `workspace:` deps on these packages become `catalog:` ranges (for example `^0.1.0` / `^1.0.1`, from the snapshot's versions). Update with `pnpm update`.
